Why on Earth would you want to perm THIS?!? Absolutely Gorgeous!!
Greatest question ever asked. I have hated seeing little girls like this through the years, and then once they near teenage years, their mothers (usually) decide to perm their hair for whatever reason. I’m going to go kicking and screaming against a perm for my little girl, even if it means that I have to learn to do hair myself. I already have mad washing skills from washing the SO’s hair. I’m sure youtube and the women in my family can teach me the rest. Now I need a beautiful little girl like this and it is on!
